Nobody chose this stack

It accumulated. A form builder because the last one needed a card. A second drive because someone could not share the first. Two chat apps because two departments picked different ones in the same month.

Nothing here was a bad decision on its own. Together they are a business that cannot answer a simple question about itself, and a monthly bill nobody reads line by line.

We audit before anything is bought. One recent environment was running 57 applications, including three separate form builders, while already owning a form builder inside licences it paid for every month.

02 · How the work runs

Security is checked at every gate

Four steps, every engagement: discover, design, deploy, document. Scope the problem, design the fix, implement it, then document it and hand it over.

Security is assessed at each of those, as the work is built. Identity and admin state, application inventory and recoverability at the start. Least-privilege access modelled per role at design. Passkeys and a break-glass account at deployment. The configuration written into the handover pack.

When a gate fails the fix is scoped into the same job. It does not come back later as a separate audit with its own invoice.

03 · What you keep

We hold admin as custodian. You hold a key of your own

You own the tenant, the accounts, the data and the strategy. Where we hold global admin we hold it as custodian, and you hold an independent administrative account you can use at any time — including if we are unavailable, and including if you decide to leave.

Ending an engagement means reassigning administrative access to a named person at your organisation. Not a discovery process for whoever comes next, not rebuilding accounts, not a month of contractual limbo.

Work is scoped and quoted per job, then billed monthly for what was actually done. Support and ad-hoc work bill separately and hourly.

04 · Where AI fits

The tool works. The ground under it does not

Most organisations cannot use AI yet, and it is not the technology’s fault. The information is scattered across systems that do not talk to each other, half of it is in someone’s spreadsheet, and there is nothing coherent for a model to work with.

Connecting and structuring the environment is what makes AI possible. It is also work worth doing whether or not AI ever gets used, which is the honest version of the pitch.

When we do evaluate a tool we run it against real work and write down what it did, including the ones we recommend against.
