Three things, done properly: the strategy that decides what you are saying, the systems that carry it, and the workflows that keep it running after launch.

Most engagements start in one and grow into the others. They are the same problem at three depths: the message, the plumbing that delivers it, and the habits that keep it alive.

01 · Strategy & campaign planning

Decide what you are actually saying

Discovery first. We interview the people who already know the answer: leadership, staff, members, and the customers who chose you over someone else. We audit what exists. We are listening for what is true and hasn’t been said yet.

Then research and positioning. Who the audience is, what this project has to achieve, and what proof stands behind each claim. Positioning comes out of that work. It isn’t a workshop you hold before it starts.

Then the plan. What runs, to whom, in what order, on what budget.

Typical deliverables

  • Discovery interviews and audit of existing material
  • Audience definition and project goals
  • Positioning and message architecture
  • Campaign calendar and asset list
  • Brand identity and guidelines, where the brand is the thing in the way

You end with a plan someone who wasn’t in the room can execute. That is the test.

02 · Integration & automation

Connect the things that do not talk

Most marketing stalls in the gaps between tools. The CRM does not know what happened on the website. The form fills a mailbox nobody owns. The list is a spreadsheet that was current in March.

We connect the tools you already pay for, then automate the handoffs one person is doing by hand and holding in their head.

Typical deliverables

  • Website, CRM, email and forms connected
  • Enquiry routing and follow-up sequences
  • List hygiene and record hygiene
  • Reporting that assembles itself
  • Website and platform builds, where the site should be the system of record

The measure is how much work disappears.

03 · Marketing workflows

Make it run without you

A campaign that only works while someone is watching it is not a system.

We build the workflows around it: intake, approval, publishing, measurement. The same result happens whether or not anyone remembers the steps. Templates and playbooks let partners and chapters produce on-brand material without asking permission each time.

Typical deliverables

  • Documented intake, approval and publishing workflows
  • Template and playbook kits for partners and chapters
  • Measurement built into the process
  • Training, handover and ongoing support

Most engagements skip this part. It is why brands stop being used correctly about eight months in.

How engagements run

DiscoveryInterviews, an audit of what exists, and agreement on what the work has to achieve
Research & positioningAudience, goals, and the position that follows from them. A decision gate before anything gets built
BuildIdentity, assets, systems and integrations, whatever the plan called for
HandoverWorkflows, templates, training, and a support arrangement that suits you

Work is scoped and priced per project. Optional modules are priced separately so you can decide what is worth doing. We offer retainers where there is ongoing work, and say so when there isn't.
