We work with organisations whose substance is real and whose reputation hasn’t caught up: member bodies, public organisations, healthcare, and businesses whose buyers do their homework before they call anyone.
The work is done by the people you meet. There is no account layer between the brief and the person doing the thinking, and no team of juniors learning on your budget.
How we work
We start with the decision. Most requests arrive as a shopping list: a website, a campaign, a rebrand. The first job is working out whether that is the thing that will change the outcome. Sometimes it is. Often the problem is a positioning question nobody has settled, and building the website first makes the confusion more expensive.
We build things you can operate. If you need us to maintain the brand, we built it badly. Guidelines, templates, workflows and training are part of the work.
We say what we think, including when the answer is that a piece of scope isn’t worth the money or the timeline doesn’t fit the ambition. You are paying for judgement. Withholding it would be the failure.
We stay. Several client relationships run to six years and counting, through maintenance, analytics and the ordinary work of keeping something current. That is where the value compounds. A brand still being used correctly in year four is worth more than one that launched well.
What we do not do
- Media buying at scale, and performance advertising as a standalone service
- Work we cannot staff senior
- Projects where the strategy has been settled by someone who will not be in the room
Saying so early is cheaper for everyone than discovering it in month two.

Based in Alberta and working across Canada. We run engagements remotely, with site visits where the work needs them.
